Message	LIKELY the 'Ground' you are seeing is the rest of the ignition stuff that IS hooked to ground.. and when the 'Before Fuse Wire' becomes hot, it will turn them on.. Like Lites, relays and modules.. I'll take another look at the diagram. Cj
