Message SirpriZ has came up with the only explanation I that could. It sounds difficult but how else would or could it happen? Just shows how much fuel you were dumping.
Thing about the oil is that there is always a little bit left at the bottom of the pan. The drain plug is positioned more so at the side of the pan as opposed to at the very bottom. Based on the amount of fuel it would be in your best interest to assume that your oil was extremely contaminated and I would change it again before doing any driving. Next you'll be wondering how to change bearings and rings.
Glad you got it sorted out though. I say check the fsm for compression number comparison.
