Message	looks to in good shape and the one with issues. Allows a reference comparison. Do a dry test then re-do with the oil added on both FWIW - Unless your garage is very (very) cold running a compression test in 50-60 degree F weather without warming the engine will give about a 5-6 psi or so lower reading. Just factor that in when doing the test if the engine is cool.
