At this point I would ohm your coolant temp sensor both cold and when the car has fully warmed up. According the to the FSM, the specs are: 2.1 to 2.9 kOhm @ 68F 0.68 to 1.0 kOhm @ 122F 0.30 to 0.33 KOhm @ 176F Also, have you checked your plugs and plug gapping? Are the plugs fouled or clean? Checking your plugs will reveal a lot about the engine. My NA had very similar misfire from a half dead plug.
