Message	That sounds A LOT like PS pump "chatter". I would know, as I just flushed my PS system last night, and it made an extremely similar noise. Check your PS steering fluid levels and the quality of the fluid. Remember, it should be red ATF, NOT brown PS fluid. I would start with a stethoscope test. Take a long screw driver, and place it on areas on the engine which the tick is originating from, and place your ear against the other end of the screwdriver. You'll be able to localize the ticking. If that doesn't reveal anything, follow Cjw3's advice, and pull the belts, replacing them one by one with a idle session inbetween each belt. Process of elimination.
