Message	Update: She starts and runs beautifully! The issue was in the alternator harness. I had put in a new harness from a parts car in this case an auto convertible. It turn out even though both are automatics the alternator harnesses are slightly different the convertible harness has an extra wire that the original does not and is missing the ground wire that my original has, thus why when I grounded it it worked. With a simple switch of the harnesses it's now working how it should!
