Message	is good, look for a problem in the wiring. What is "draw"? Do you mean a battery capacity test? A high amp draw, to determine voltage drop? It more fuitful to make a correct diagnosis than replacing parts at random in hopes that one or another will fix a problem. If you can't identify a problem you are unlikely to fix it.
