Subject	front coilovers vs shock and lowering springs

Message	I have KYP AGX for the front. My Z32 lowered 2" front and 1.5" back. After a hard ride in the canyons this weekend, i suffered a lot obviously. I am thinking to change into either adjustable Front KYB AGX or coilovers. Any suggestions to which is better and why?
