Subject	Do OEM O2's on our cars ground out to the exhaust?

Message	I know some types use exhaust as a grounding point supposedly. I assumed ours had the second wire as ground. Reason I ask is I have High temp coating on my downpipes, and want to know if that may effect O2's if they need to ground on it.
