Also depends on the quality of the roads that you normally drive on. If there are tons of pot holes and the roads are not taken care of very well then that might be something to consider. I actually like the rigidity of stiffer bushings. I am not a big fan of the Energy suspension bushing as my first go around I bought the red ones and they didn't last very long for me. I then switched to the black ones and have had more success with those. Not exactly sure why but I am guessing that the polymers are of better quality in the black ones. Something else to consider is if you plan on tracking the car.
