I've seen a few different bits of info regarding slotted rotors. Some of it I read depends on how the vanes were designed internally. First of all, I can't recall for sure if I may have marked the rotors, but it says LH. I bought them from a kid who had picked them up from Kuah...long long ago. However, if you look at the shape of the vanes, they appear to follow the same direction as the slots themselves. I thought that meant they were supposed to be scoops and should therefore be mounted on the opposite side. 
Ignore the organic debris...no clue how or when it got in there...
