Message	Your starter issue sounds like the starter relay is sticking. Most times when they go bad, they fail to engage, but they can also fail by sticking in the "on" position. You other issue sounds like a fuel issue to me. If you don't have one, get a gauge in the line (you can buy a test kit at most parts stores for about twenty bucks) and see if you have pressure.
