Message Forgot to mention injector cap installation.

They need to be heated up to install them correctly. I bought mine from Mr. injector and they came with instructions. 6 pack of JECS 4 prong caps.

Here's what I found to work well.

Set injector cap in 8mm socket. Should be just large enough for the cap edge to sit on the socket.

Heat it with a hair dryer for about 30 seconds. I held the hair dryer about 4" from the cap.

Make sure lower oring is on the injector and press the injector tip straight down into the heated cap. You will feel it pop into place. Make sure it's pressed far enough down. The 4 prongs should be pressing down on the injector face. I always gave it a little extra push to make sure it was all the way on. You get the feel of it after the first one.

I did learn from experience that the caps will be destroyed if you try to put them on without heating them first. Lucky the Mr. Injector pack came with 8 caps. 2 to account for screw ups. :)
