Would be good to check for corrosion. Even on the new style Injectors I cant just sit the test probes on the terminals just any kinda way but have to use the very tip and apply a bit of pressure to get at steady resistance reading. As for the Ecu side I don't think you would see the exact resistance as it would be varied with the wire running to them (I think) .
