I went and borrowed a couple coil packs from a friend who does some of the work on my Z for me and swapped them out and still nothing improved. So I know it's not the coil pack; either the connector, injector, or what you said ttz.
I played around with the multimeter some more on the knock sensor and got a reading right around 500 (which is what I read it should be), can play with it some more tomorrow to double check it and will give the injector a shot to see what it's reading.
I hope it's not my injectors either. I figured if they were going to go it'd be sorta gradual instead of 1 second it's running then then literally one second later it is running on 5 cylinders.
