Message To have any chance of passing a Tailpipe Smog, the T-Plates need to be set to allow the same mixture/Airflow each Bank.

If you only have One WB, you have no idea what the other side is doing at Idle.. Unless you want to extrapolate Signals from the Narrowbands..
If you have a Turbo, you need to balance the operation of the waste-gates to make sure you are getting the same air flow on each side, you do that by checking mixtures each side while in boost.
