Subject	4th gear grind?

Message	So my tranny grinds when I try to shift into 4th but only at higher rpm. It will be a bit stubborn and if muscle it to shift it will grind. Is this a tranny issue or clutch adjustment issue? I figured If it was an adjustment issue it would be with all gears. But if the gears are not in motion it shouldn't grind when i shift either. So I'm not sure what to think.
