never goes as far as pointing to FPCU, or Fuel Pump, much less, in-tank fuel pump damper. BUT, symptoms are: it's pressurizing with the initial key on, I hear the pump...then it loses the pressure when the pump sound goes away. The FSM says the fuel pressure regulator is to be replaced if the pressure doesn't stay at 37psi. Same answer for symptoms of loss of power under cruise throttle, loss of power while turning. My car does both of these things. Since the fuel pressure regulator is the easiest to access/least expensive, I'm going to replace the part and see if the car still fails.
