Message moisture in the system that caused the small drop. If you have time you could repeat the 24 hour test and see if you have the same drop. If you do have the same 24 hour drop, then leave it for another 24 hours and see if it drops the same amount again. If it does, then you probably have a very small leak. Remember a leak could be at your gauge set, connections, etc. Not just in the A/C system. My guess is it's probably fine and even if it was leaking that small amount, it would be tough to pin down where in the system it was leaking without fully charging it and adding dye, then letting it run and pin pointing the leak once the dye leaked out.
