Subject	How to put Auto in Neutral with No Power

Message	The car has been sitting forever and Im in the process of moving. The car gets no power other than high beams with a new battery. I dont really have time to troubleshoot it at the moment since im moving and have very little time to transport it to a storage facility. Is there any way to get it in neutral so I can at least get it out of the garage without having power? Jumping it results in the same thing so I am thinking maybe the positive cable or something else is messed up.
