Message	If I was going to do it again, I'd probably cut the pipe. Getting the dash out isn't too bad (it's just time consuming), but getting the actual heater core box out was terrible. The boxes need to be removed from right to left: blower motor, A/C evaporator, and heater core box. So to do it right, you need to remove the A/C evaporator, which means you're discharging the system. I recall taking a dremel to some of the plastic tabs instead.
