Message	idle which you can't achieve, at 2500 the timing degrees would be higher. Did you make sure of the timing belt position on the cams and crank? You might be couple of cogs off? Put engine piston #1 at TDC of compression stroke (crank index mark should be lined up) and see where the cam index marks are relative to the block marks. ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
