I have to return one Walbro 485 pump. Bought a Bosch 044 at SpecialtyZ. First I have to drill/tap out the drivers side drain plug and install a 90 degree 3/8" PFT to -8 AN fitting. It will be a gravity feed out of this drain plug hole with new fitting. Then I run a short hose (-8 AN) to XRP part # 7041808FS120 inline filter. With mail ends, it connects directly to the -8 AN female and the Bosch 044 fuel pump. The pump is a bit larger than the stock in-tank fuel pump. Coming out of the Bosch will be XRP part # 704210 for the check valve/high pressure end of the Bosch pump. Then it's to a -6 AN Y fitting To clamp the first fuel pump to the -6 AN line, he suggested cutting right behind the "hump" so it's a straight pipe. Then use XRP part # 992005 which is a male -6 AN on one side and clamps onto the metal tube on the other. Then it's a to a -6 AN Y fitting (with -8 AN out). Here is the link for the XRP catalog. You can do a control-F. [ http://www.xrp.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/XRP-new-Product-Catalog.pdf ] I will take photos when I get the XRP parts and assemble the setup.
