First place that leaked on my car was the Carbon canister. I plugged the vacuum hoses. after that I can hold 5 psi for 30 seconds, next leak were the intercooler hoses, all worm drive clamps were loose. After that were the crossover tube orings, they were flat. I bought new ones. Last leak was at the drivers side turbo coupling at the outlet. After all leaks were gone it definitely felt like it picked up 20whp.
