Subject	Car bogs on electrical load?

Message	So I figure easiest way to say this is to list symptoms - When I turn on my headlights or press the brakes the idle drops slightly and you can hear a sort of hissing noise around the alternator -at night with music playing and lights on (heaviest electrical load) if I'm coming to a stop and just clutch in to coast the car will occationally start bogging around 500rpm and below and has actually stalled on me once I'm thinking the issue is with the alternator Battery load test showed the battery was fine and was being charged well too Any ideas?
