1994 NA, approx 4 weeks ago keyless entry system was working correctly. Parked car for approx 3 weeks to install a new clutch. Clutch job went good no issues to speak of except when I went to use the key fob to lock the car and it would beep but not communicate with the car. Changed battery in key fob, same results. Now I am really stuck. Had the windows down and reached in to pop the hood and the keyless entry alarm goes off. I cannot use the key fob to shut it off because it is not communicating with the car. If I pull the "theft rooml" fuse it stops but as soon as I put it back in alarm starts again. Need to troubleshoot but am clueless where to start, ideas, suggestions, please.
