Message According to the wiring diagrams, the "fuel pump relay" is powered when you turn the key on. Its the main power channel for the fuel pump controller. Unfortunately, what this means is, if you turn your key on, the relay closes and gives power to the controller. That means you need to access the fuel pump controller, as nothing you do at the relay will turn the pump on. Once you get at the controller, ground the thick white wire and the pump will turn on. Make sure you use 10 or 12 gauge wire though, as all the pump power will be going through your "new" ground.

Personally, I would probably just siphon what you could out of the tank with a garden hose, disconnect a fuel line at the motor and cycle the ignition switch a bunch of times. You'll get ~3 seconds of pump on with each key cycle and it shouldn't take long to drain the last 1-2 gallons left in the tank.
