Subject	How do I adjust my parking break?

Message	I bought my 91 na and the parking brake didn't work do I took it to a shop and my parking break only works on the very last click( all the way up) and it still rolls down hills with it on sometimes and my friend told me you can adjust it, how do I do that ?
