Subject	Under dash wiring & plug Identification HELP. Pics inside:

Message	wires in question link So Upon removing the drivers side footwell underdash panel and Ac ducting (sitting on floor in pics) I found the following wires which were unplugged. In the photos in the link, the wires I am referring to are circled in red. They go to a big plug under the steering column with wires wrapped in brown sheathing (pictured) and that travels to what I believe is the column itself? The loose plug on the wire in question I have no idea where it goes or what it is for. There is a set of plug on the drivers side fuse box panel which do not have anything plugged into them, One looks very similar but not exact, maybe a subharness is required to connect them since it does not reach. If anyone has some info that would be greatly appreciated.
