Message	If so, don't worry too much about which wire it is on the car side. I've done this in my car, but as Grimm pointed out, the factory wire may not be colored the same. Just cut the blue wire (#3) and splice some extra wired on each side to run your switch to wherever you need it. Much better to hack into a $15 harness than the factory one.
