Subject	Steering wheel moving slightly left and right

Message	Recently I noticed that while driving at speeds of up to 30 mph my steering wheel moves by itself left and right very slightly when I let go of it. Almost like the road is uneven I'm going over bumps. I will try to get a video of it. There is no vibrations at any speed, city or highway, and when I grab the wheel I don't feel it pulling anywhere. I checked the suspension for loose parts but there is no play anywhere. Is this an issue or just something normal?
