:So let say it has to much oil. What should I do now? :1. Do I need get a replacement pressure relief valve? Do I need to have it vacuumed out again, oil replaced? you can take the valve apart with a screwdriver and reseat it, unless it is the newer style with a rupture disc. The only way to remove oil is to flush it. Vacuuming it won't get it done. :2. I was thinking of replacing my low pressure switch the newer 94 dual pressure switch got a new plug to support the new one. This is a direct plug and play sensor: [ http://www.action-ac.com/AC-Part/29-30703-3.html ] Am I right in thinking that this would have stopped from blowing off the pressure valve in the first place? yes :3. The system should be empty now should I go ahead and gut the STV as mentioned in here? [ http://z32.wikispaces.com/Suction+Throttle+Valve ] yes, but I would splice in a TCA to prevent evaporator freezeup [ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1143864/yep.html ]
:4. Should I replace the condenser with a newer 94? Will the 94+ work on the 90 without any problems or is there an adapter kit required? 94+ is a direct bolt-in. This will reduce your high side pressures as well :I guess I need some direction and I kind of frustrated as I saw a wire break on the EFI harness and the main harness already. :Thanks in advance. : :
