:My questions are many :1. What can cause this high pressure (takes 520psi to blow that relief valve)?- too much refrigerant - not enough airflow across the condenser - too much oil - blockage in the system (I've seen the dessicant bags rupture inside the receiver drier, which sends garbage throughout the system) - too much refrigerant (low side will always look too low if TSV is still installed) :2. Is there something between E12 and low pressure switch? no :3. Can the ecu still be a problem even tho its sending a proper trigger to activate AC based on AC request from climate control. depends. ECU can fail such that the compressor is ALWAYS engaged (transistor fails closed rather than open) :4. Could the suction throttle valve be the problem? How can I diagnose this? Z32 wiki saids to check coils on evaperator but the car was blowing cold. TSV could be stuck closed or clogged. this can be diagnosed with a set of gauges, and would show as abnormally hi on the hi side and a vacuum on the low side. : :thanks in advance :signed :Sweating in the summer.
