but shouldnt 46 be already ground if the AC is on that seems to be the input into the AC to activate the circuit and pin 9 being out the output of the ecu to actually trigger the relay that first goes thru the 2-way pressure switch (using 94+ drier). BTW I checked the pressure switch it is fine I have even bypassed it. I am really starting to think its the ECU I also have issues with VSS signal, IACV, and now AC not working .. I checked ground points chassis and ecu.
