Message	I'm sorry I can't give you much help with your boost controller as I haven't used that exact one. What I would do, is run vacuum lines from the wastegates to a vacuum source and try using some boost jets (welders tips are common) to see where your boost levels go. This will eliminate the electronic boost controller as the source of your problem. While you are diagnosing everything, you should do the 6 P's. Search if you don't know what they are.
