Message	I typed that wrong. The tps is set at at .45 with the throttle body's closed. I took the fuel rail out and pressure used it and see no leaks. I took the original lifters apart and cleaned them. I think that's why they were stuck open. I did something wrong with those. I think the valve stem hight is ok because I still have good compression. And it was just a basic valve job. With new valve stem seals and guides
