I would get your hands on an OEM maf asap. You should be setting the TPS for idle voltage, not full throttle voltage. You are looking for 0.44V at idle, not that this is likely your issue here. What kind of head work did you have done? I would question them about the valve stem heights if they did any valve work. Sounds like an impossible coincidence that 12 lifters suddenly get stuck. They can be pulled apart and cleaned. I have a feeling you might have one or more injector o-rings pinched. Pull the fuel rail and check it out.
