Message	someone shorts the illumination line in a stereo head install -- no dash lights and only high beams. That issue is caused by a bad dash illumination fuse (fuse block inside the car). With the climate pod removed - put in a new illumination fuse and verify all works (you'll need the Bernie other pod installed to turn on the headlights/dash lights). Then install the Bernie climate pod and check again. PS - There have been posts from time to time with folks swearing the fuse was OK only to re-check and find it was bad. Just put in a new one.
