Message	fixed. seems that maybe the water "shorted" the system or possibly sent an error code . Yesterday I needed to replace my battery. I installed the new and this morning when I drove to my office no HICAS light. Drove about 20 miles during the day and it was fine. I guess the system reset when the battery disconnected. Go figure. Thanks for all the suggestions. Oh I tried that diagnostic, 3x. Didn't get it to flash at all. If it did it was to faint to see.
