Subject	A/c Clutch wont engage, Condenser Fan Wont Spin

Message	So I finally serviced my A/C and I noticed my A/C clutch won't engage and also my Condensor Fan does not turn on. Checked OHM on the A/C relay and it checks out good. Checked the Pressure Switch and that is also working well. I can only make the A/C clutch turn on by "jumping" the fuse box. Where do you guys think I should look at now?
