What condition are the clutch/flywheel in? Are they perfectly flat, or is there any slight warpage? Being that replacing the clutch is a fairly laborious job; I would replace it while the motor is out. The NA flywheel might be OK, but if you ever put on other easy bolt on's you may pass the clutch capacity rather quickly. That being said, I have my stock TT flywheel in a box if you want to cover shipping and a box. It was claimed to have been resurfaced 50 miles before I bought the car (clutch was brand new) but I would have it resurfaced again (doesn't look like a good job to me). Note that with the TT flywheel you will need a TT friction disk and pressure plate
