Looks approximately correct, but it's impossible to tell without removing and replacing the belt or just counting the cogs. The tensioner gap will change a little here and there as it's rotated, but should be about 4mm when the engine is at TDC. Find a 4mm allen key and see if it fits, that's the easiest way to tell. It's okay for it to be a LITTLE on the tight side, I believe the low-end is 3.8mm.
