Message 1. As Krazyd27 recommends check the PCV for proper operation.

2. Same thing happened to my valve covers, these small brittle parts allow for oil drainage. I can't remember the TT.net members name but as he implied it is better for them to break before installing the covers and having the part fall into the valve train. Some people actually remove them. If these were sandblasted before PC be sure that all of the sand and debris is removed before reinstalling especially under the baffle plates.

3. Test pipe and exhaust diameter requirements are dependent upon the HP level. My understanding 2.5" is good up to 600 HP.
