Subject	Coolant leak

Message	Found a puddle of coolant under the Z, it's running down the front sides of the transmission. New KOYO radiator with Z1 cap. Switched back to the OEM cap and no leak since. If the higher pressure Z1 cap, or failure of the cap, caused that bad of a leak, why isn't it still leaking? Once a leak, always a leak until it is fixed I thought. Is there some type of relief valve for the cooling system? Never even came close to running hot but I'm concerned about mysterious disappearing leaks. Any insight appreciated. Thanks
