Subject	auto tranny issues

Message	So hey guys I'm new to this forum and all so any help guidance is greatly appreciated. I've searched and searched and can't seem to find any guidance to my problem. Anyhow to the point, my na auto 1990 zx is have transmission issues as in reverse, first and second work individually but once I'm in drive the car shifts the first 2 gears but when it should hit 3Rd it just revs as if it's in neutral, over drive though just keeps my car in second and that's it. So I ran the diagnostic test and no error codes came up, and now I'm a bit stumped, I'm wondering if theres anything I can do or is the tranny toast. Looking forward to your guys advice and help
