easy to use a NOID light connected across the injector connector. Cranking the engine should cause the light to blink. If it blinks all is good with the connections to the connector.
If no blinky and with key off, battery disconnected.
Check the injector harness connection back to the ECU connector. Nice long wire back to the right pin on the connector for that injector and then to one lead on your meter. Other meter lead to injector connector and do a resistance or continuity check. That will tell for sure if the wire is good or not?
