Message Not to knock you, just in general solid mounts are a bad idea. Even the smallest amount of subframe/chassis flex will transfer directly into your block.

I ran solid mounts for about a year. In addition to extremely increased in cabin noise (sounded like my car was shaking apart) I believe they contributed to my cracked block, causing my coolant to disappear and my motor to blow.

I will either be going with the BDE kit, or (more likely) since my build is completely stock and I plan a 600HP build in a year or so, some cheap ebay polyurethane mounts.
