If I understand your post correctly, you've made several upgrades. The 2 key factors in your changes which would determine your car's ability to start right up would be your injector change and change to MAP. You said your car was tuned on 740cc. Was this on the AEM with MAP sensor as well or stock ECU and MAF? The increase to 860cc injectors alone using the same map wouldn't be a large enough change to keep your car from starting. It would run noticeably richer though.
