Subject	Very intermittent run problem. Key Resets it?

Message	This problem started out happening only about once a year and had (in the past) only happened about 3 times in the last few years. But now it has happened 3 times in the last two weeks. I start the engine and when I push on the gas it won't rev above 1200 or 1300 RPM and the engine just bogs down if I try to take off. No power. Now heres the strange thing if I do an ignition key reset (thats all the way off) and restart the engine it will run normal. But the last two time it happened I had to turn the key off 3 times before it would run normal. I have 167,000 miles on it, I am thinking maybe the fuel pump, or the MAF. I have a Selin dual intake. Any ideas?
