Message	and physically inspect the wastegate "coin" that covers the wastegate bore. See what happens to the coin when you apply opening pressure to the wastegates. That ping you heard is what you want to hear, it's that coin shutting against the housing. See if your suspect side opens sharply and slams shut, pinging. Mark
